Laura Landschek lives in Berlin and is a self-employed strategy and innovation consultant with Studio Landschek. She is passionate about designing and facilitating workshops, that is why she founded Workshop Salon two years ago.
Her clients are medium-sized companies from various industries with strategic issues or requiring transformation consulting as well as start-ups that need support in product/service development or positioning. Laura’s approach is customer- focused and methodical. It is always about the perfect match between customer needs and the value proposition that a product, service or brand provides. Strategy is a decision-making tool, must be tangible and, above all, realizable.
Laura originally comes from a classic marketing background – she worked in B2B companies and agencies, then switched to online strategy, worked for several years in classic management consulting until she switched to innovation consulting, was part of a company builder team and founded an accelerator herself. Seven years ago, she set up her own business, Studio Landschek.
